Kiran Bedi needs  no introduction, as her work speaks volume and she is not only an icon but also a role model for millions and billions of Indians. 
I am feeling very honored and fortunate to pen down some words about a courageous lady with loads of substance. Personally, I am a big fan of Kiran Bedi and will always remember her for her daring and truth full personality. Inspirational true life stories are tagged as favorite celebrities for decades. Kiran Bedi is truly an icon of heroism. She was the first Indian woman to join the Indian Police Services. She was born on June 9, 1949 at Amritsar in Punjab. She is one of the most renowned police officers, who have put in their whole hearted effort in serving the society.During her service, she was also the Inspector General Prisons of Tihar Jail, – one of world’s largest prison complexes,  with over 10,000  inmates. 
Subsequently, she has founded two NGOs in India. In 2007, she has taken voluntary retirement from service. Kiran Bedi is a true server of common people as she is giving her price less service and suggestions to the masses through her program ‘Aap Ki Kachehri Kiran Ke Saath’ (Kiran Bedi’s court). Dr Kiran Bedi turned TV host and arbitrator with her latest show ‘Aap Ki Kacheri’ on Star Plus that replaces the most popular prime time family drama, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. The woman known to fight for justice is now using television for her personal show to have a greater outreach of her message of knowing your laws and how these laws can help smoothen your life. It’s a serious show that deals with open hearings of civil disputes with some lawful mediation by Dr Kiran Bedi.

This is regarding my elder sister,she was married 11 years ago in Gaziabad. We had been facing problems with her In-laws since last 10 years, but we continued to make them understand and we solved the issue many a times. But 15 days back they crossed all the limits and tried to strangle my sister. They also attacked my father and taya ji. We registered a case under section 307 and her in-laws and her husband were taken under custody. Now they are out on bail and my sister’s mother in- law is absconding.
We think that they may try to sell of the property so that they don’t have to give a share of that to my sister or her two children.

I m rashmi frm Mumbai n was married to my husband anirudh on 3/2/2008 who resides in baroda. But Right frm the beginning I was harassed by my mother in law and sister in law mentally & physically and my husband instead of supporting me neglected me and instead encouraged his mom & sister to harass me further. My mother in law ill treated me like a maid servant and made me do all the household work and never allowed to do cooking. She was never satisfied with the gifts my parents gave to me & them during my wedding and after delivery and kept on asking for more. My married sister in law who stayed closeby was always an unwanted guest at my home who along with her daughter wud be at our house only frm dawn to dusk and interefered in every family matter, poisoned my mother in law & husband against me and wud raise some sensitive issue which wud get converted into argument and fight and my husband upon instigated by his mother and sister wud even insult and assault me. My situation became bad to worse day by day and they did not change in their attitude or behavior. My mother wud frm morning to evening fight with me on some or other pretext n say bad words, complain to my husband & father in law who wud instead of giving me chance to defend myself wud shout at me. I was kept under house arrest where I not allowed to go alone anywhere or speak to anyone n my mother in law & sister in law wud always accompany us where ever we went thus invading our privacy. I took all this harassment frm them thinking someday situation will change n my husband will give me the love n respect due to me so I never told all this to my parents. Worst is that my mother never allowed us to settle but later also started taking my son away frm me n wud keep him at my sister in law house for hours together when he was just few months old n when he needed my time & attention the most as she wanted him to get detached frm me. I started to feel depressed n felt like committing suicide but the thought of my son was holding me back. Finally when I got a chance to speak to my parents I told them about the situation n asked them to take me away frm here. So they came & took me back with them to Mumbai after too much argument with my in laws. Even my father in law n my sister in laws ‘s husband are equally responsible for my plight as my father in law stays in Jamnagar post VRS n is working with essar oil n has no say in family, is scared of my mother in law n has not completely ignored his duty as elder of the family. My sister in law n her husband have together planned to grab my father in law’s property for their son so he never stopped his wife frm coming to our house n disturbing our married life. This was the same reason that my husband’s exwife has taken divorce frm my husband who never returned back after delivery n unfortunately had a premature baby who did not survive. After coming to Mumbai my husband has filed a suit in baroda family court for restitution of marriage giving false reasons that I have deserted him without reason but actually he wants to harass me and ultimately wants divorce n custody of my son. In his application he has mentioned he is unemployed. I don’t want divorce frm my husband as I don’t want to remarry as I have a son n also I want resettle in my married life as I love my husband n want him back. It is very difficult for me to defend my self in baroda as I cant travel every month alongwith my son n recently lost my father who was the sole support emotionally and financially. Wat is the remedy to teach my husband and his family a lesson and get him to take the responsibility of me & my son. Pls advice

They are very rich people and they do feel that they can do anything with the money power.She left the house one day to his father’ house for a very nominal kithchen work related (household) problem with my mummy and bhabhi. Since than she didn’t turn back, we went to her and talk to her father but he didn’t responded. Though we went their twice thrice and even more times but her father was not ready to send her back to me. Right now I been shifted to Other city(Baroda-Vadodara) in Gujarat for Job work. And I am all alone their though a married guy I do feel that I should be with my wife to continue a happy married life. But as usual she didn’t come with me, I also talked to her father, But he his not ready for any sort of compromise with me. I am not getting the thing that what they are willing to do with me. Its very hard for to live all alone and I am not able to concentrate on my job, already i have got the intimation from my job to improve the skill and also concentrate in my job.
Due to all this family problem I already lost the job in Reliance Communication Ltd in Surat, So force to go down to Vadodara for the next job, But there is the same condition, and I am not able to justify well in My job. Its very miserable for me to live all alone in other town. Sometimes I do feel to commit suicide, the insult incurred to me in my current life. Its very pressure life and its hard for me to sustain under this situation.
Tiring from all the life miseries, i came to you to get the proper solution for me and for my family.

I and my wife Smt suman Lata invested Rs 855000/- and 1500000/-respectively with Mr VB Reddy and TR Reddy of Presidency group Aishwarya projects Bangalore in year 2008.Since the developer didn’t register the property within the period of agreement,we requested them for refund of money but they didn’t do so,then we approached the consumer court in Dec 2009.The honorable District Consumer Forum Bangalore Urban court passed the order in Jul 2010 in my case No.265/2010 by and 3rd Additional Consumer forum Bangalore in my wife’s case No.551-555/2010 in Oct 2010 and directed opposite party to refund the money as per the order but they didn’t obey the court order.Then we applied for the execution of the order.The honorable courts have issued 10-12 Non Bailable Warrants against them in last one year but Bangalore police is not producing them in the court.I personally met jt commissioner of police shri Alok Kumar on 20 Jan 11 in his office in this regard and opposite party was also available there but no progress. couldn’t meet him after wards as I met with a severe road accident same day but I requested him telephonic for producing them in the court.
We also filed cases No.11782 and 11783/1010 in 13 ACMM Court against them for cheques bounce .This court has also issued same number of NBW against them but no action is taken by Bangalore police.I very humbly request your kind honor to do needful so that Bangalore Police produce the fraud developer in the court.Thanks and Regards
