bs12.jpgBritney Spears has named her new album The Blackout which is due for release on the Nov 13, 2007 but controversy has already become a second name for her and all activities she does. Is it too much of media glare or is it irresponsibility on the part of her to handle her high social status, is my topic of argument here. I feel that the media is so so powerful today that never in the history of our mankind, there has been something more powerful which makes us shake. The only time that I can remember the world must have got such a rude awakening was the time that the Nuclear bomb was dropped over Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan during the World War II. Incidentally the pilot who had dropped off the bomb has passed away recently. God rest his soul after he lived with the ordeal of causing more deaths in a single act than Hitler himself. So the importance of media and things associated with it need to be understood well.

some more pics with the meat of the matter is below—-

bspears1.jpgWell back to Brittany and the capability of media to usurp any of today’s good or bad doings of a person. She apparently was sitting in the lap of a handsome priest during confession and also reveals her fishnet stocking-clad legs in the confession box while wearing a very short skirt. I’m sure the Catholic Church may not see to this very kindly. I really cannot understand our fetish to drag our religious sentiments into our activities. Our, by which I mean generally everyone religious aptitudes should not get mixed with our activities, like they say don’t mix business with pleasure, so don’t similarly mix religion with business also and evoke unwarranted sentiments to probably earn a few more dollars. I’m sure your creative Director can do a better job at the video otherwise he or she is not required there. This happens so very often with Hindu religion also to which I feel similar feelings and feel our film producers and people associated with the theme of the set should take adequate care and avoid hurting religious sentiments.
