Teen star Miley Cyrus has got a tattoo inked on her chest in memory of a friend who died at a young age of cystic fibrosis. The ‘Hannah Montana’ star has paid tribute to her friend Vanessa, who died at the tender age of 12, by having the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s motto “Just Breathe” tattooed below her left breast, Contactmusic reported. Cyrus had previously thanked fellow Disney star Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers for helping her cope with the tragedy which occured in 2007. But the tattoo tribute has brought about its own controversy – several commentators are speculating whether 17-year-old Cyrus broke the law with the body art. US legislation prohibits tattoos for the under-18s – but some states allow younger teens to have body art if they have written consent from their parents.
