I don’t know where are we heading to when it comes to the big fat world of television entertainment? If we talk about the serials and their never ending stories they are hardly appealing and their is nothing new about these serials and actors. They have the same story line, same costumes, same flavor and on top of that the same faces. As a matter of fact, the stories are full of stress and family tensions and it adds to your anxiety level. Such serials are targeted for certain fixed audience say house wives and elderly ladies of the family.
Yes! some comedy serials like Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, Indian laughter challenge and few more are fun to watch as they are light and cool at the same time singing sensations are always very entertain g and quiz shows are always welcome by the audience of all the age groups.
Some of the popular ones were KAUN BANEGA CROREPATI, QUIZ TIME and many more. The latest and interesting quiz show coming on StarPlus and hosted by Shah Rukh Khan is simply one of the good things that has happened on Indian Television recently. Indian TV serials should take a dip and refresh the concept, story lines and the rest of the aspects as in the present state it is stale and monotonous.
NDTV Imagine is a highly recommended channel as it is educative and entertaining. Sitting at home one can learn the art of dancing, improve communication skills and various other activities of various interest are available on this channel. It’s a must watch channel.
