judi denchVeteran British actress Dame Judi Dench, who plays M in the James Bond movies, wants to leave the 007 franchise, reveals producer Barbara Broccolli, who is against her exit.

“She is the anchor of the film in terms of the character. She is the only authoritative figure in Bond’s life. She had such a great relationship with Pierce (Brosnan) on the screen and she has such a great relationship with Daniel (Craig). She is the real Bond girl! The one that keeps it all going, and I don’t want her to leave. She keeps threatening to leave but I will not let her,” Broccolo was quoted as saying by the sun.co.uk.Dench first appeared as M in 1995 when Pierce Brosnan played Bond in “Golden Eye”. After that, she starred in seven more Bond movies. We all love seeing her as M, don’t we?

 

Talking about the new Bond girl who is not only bold and beautiful but also comes across as a strong and determined woman with a mission of her own is Ukranian born actress Olga Kurylenko, who plays the female lead in ‘Quantum of Solace’ the latest film on the secret agent. In ‘Quantum of Solace,’ which is the sequel of 2006′s Casino Royale”,Kurylenko is playing the character of Camille. In a case of mistaken identity Bond is introduced to Camille, who is not only beautiful and feisty but also a woman seeking her own vendetta.

She is the woman, who leads Bond to Dominic Green (Mathieu Amalric), a ruthless businessman and a major force within the mysterious organisation. On a mission that leads him to Austria, Italy and South America, Bond discovers that Greene, conspiring to take total control of one of the world’s most important natural resources.
