Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are treating their pet bulldog like a surrogate child. According to reports, the couple nearly backed out of their trip to Europe for fear of upsetting their pet. “Cadillac is a bit like a surrogate child for Linds and Sam. He sleeps on their bed and goes everywhere with them,” the Daily Express quoted a pal of the actress as saying. A source added: “They really didn’t want to leave their pooch in kennels. Lindsay especially was worried about the emotional impact it would have on him.” However, it didn’t seem as if the pair regretted the decision.
Though Lohan recently revealed herself to be a stickler for semantics, it looks like she could do with taking back a few of her outbursts with Access Hollywood. Menounos quizzed the part-time actress on her reaction to Barack Obama’s historic victory, and Lohan (clearly still reeling from the use of Homer Simpson’s makeup gun) obliged with warm, hoarse words about “our nation’s first colored president.” That is maybe not how we would have put it, but neither would we have starred in the Chris Parnell vehicle Labor Pains.
