Getting blinded by false ambitions and getting desperate, is exactly the state of Pia Sahini.  She is quite over confident and over ambitious too. Pia wanted to celebrate her first solo recording and invites Raj, Sudha and her boy friend Nikhil for a quite dinner at her house. Raj and Sudha were quite impressed after seeing Pia’s high profile house and dreamed of having one like that of their own in future. Raj gets very romantic and shares some magical moments with Sudha…  Nikhil does not want to be left behind and proposes to Ria by presenting her a ring in a very romantic manner. Ria does not show any interest and excitement, she tells him that marriage is the last thing in her mind and her singing career comes above all.  Nikhil is shattered with a broken heart. After this, Nikhil looses all his patience and tells her that she can never be a top singer as her voice is very ordinary and there are heated arguments between the two. Sudha and Raj leave the place without having their dinner as they were very embarrassed.
Pia’s father gets irritated with all that was happening out side and tells Pia to meet him. He does not appreciate her behaviour as she had hurt Nikhil’s sentiments who loved her so unconditionally. Secondly, she never took any suggestion and never discussed about her singing career with her Dad.  Â
Nikhil is sure that Raj is playing some game with Pia and using her as a medium to achieve his business motives. Nikhil in order to find out the truth goes to the recording studio where Pia’s song has been recorded and finds out the truth. He is now very sure about Pia’s ordinary performances and Raj’s game in this regard and calls up Pia’s dad to reveal all the truth. Raj gets a call from MR Sahini and he is told to meet him urgently…
In the mean while Sudha is not supporting Raj for all the lies and commitments he is making with Pia to make her a rock star as this is against business rules and ethics. Raj is maha confused and tells Sudha in a haste to write a terrific article on Piya’s singing skills and praises her first recording. Sudha is perplexed and shocked and is speechless.
