Great loss to the world of music as the singer and king of Pop, Michael Jackson, died after a cardiac episode, on Thursday evening …The child star who became a King of Pop, but whose musical genius was overshadowed by scandals involving a strange way of life and sexual preferences, died on Thursday. He was just 50 years old…Michael Jackson died  at his home in Los Angeles. The cause of his death was not known and an autopsy was carried out.
Michael Jackson was carried sick at home, his personal physician tried to revive him but he could not, his brother Jermaine told reporters. Michael Jackson was moved then to hospital, where doctors tried for more than an hour to revive him before declared dead, his brother said.
Having started his music career at an early age – he was only 5 – as a member of the Jackson 5 (a family group with his brothers), he had shown his talent at such point as to be considered as the most popular artist for decades.. Michael Jackson the identified King of Pop marked his path throwing out hits such as “the Thriller” and “Billie Jean” which had been popular all over the globe and inspired many people who became future icons following his path . His stage presence with leather gloves and innovative dance has been the model for legions of admirers around the world. Michael Jackson has sold so far about 750 million albums and having been nominated with 13 Grammy Awards has definitely been one of the most successful singers and showmen of all time. But despite his talent and his success, statements like: “I am Peter Pan in my heart”, actions like: the preference for the company of children or like: the friendship with a chimpanzee and the numerous plastic surgeries (due to his urge to become handsome and white), were the reason for the nickname “Wacko Jacko” and the cause for a variety of criticism against him.
Michael Jackson isolated himself after the acquittal in 2005 on unproven accusation for the second time in his life, of harassment and child abuse of young boys. ”For Michael who was lost so suddenly at such a young age, I have no words. I have lost my little brother today, and part of my soul travels with him, Quincy Jones told MSNBC. Quincy Jones helped arrange the music in the album “Thriller” and produced the album “Off the Wall”. Michael Jackson’s impact was worldwide and huge and I could be writing on and on filling pages and pages about him and his life. The most definite thing is that Michael Jacksons death brought him one step above, he became a part of the music history and he will become a legend in the upcoming years beyond any expectation. He can be compared only to Elvis Presley who has been glooming decades after his death.

“My heart, my mind, are broken.
I loved Michael with all my soul and I can’t imagine life without him.
We had so much in common and we had such loving fun together.
I was packing up my clothes to go to London for his opening when I heard the news.
I still can’t believe it. I don’t want to believe it.
It can’t be so.
He will live in my heart forever, but it’s not enough.
My life feels so empty. I don’t think anyone knew how much we loved each other.
The purest most giving love I’ve ever known. Oh God! I’m going to miss him.
I can’t yet imagine life without him. But I guess with God’s help, I’ll learn.
I keep looking at the photo he gave me of himself, which says, `To my true love Elizabeth, I love you forever.
‘ And I will love HIM forever.”

“He broke barriers, he changed radio formats.
With music, he made it possible for people like Oprah Winfrey and Barack Obama to impact the mainstream world. His legacy is unparalleled.”
